The collective agreement between ݮƵ and BC General Employees’ Union instructors at the college is fully ratified.
The agreement has been ratified by union members, the college’s Board of Governors and now the Post-Secondary Employers’ Association Board of Directors.
Approximately 128 vocational instructors at the college are covered by the agreement for the term of April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2025.
Negotiations under the support the provincial government’s key priorities to improve public services, while supporting the Province’s continued economic recovery for all.
The ratification builds on the agreements with five Canadian Union of Public Employees locals, including support staff at ݮƵ that were fully ratified in June 2023. Negotiations continue with the ݮƵ Faculty Association through the mediation process.
