Carly is a Registered Nurse with a Masters in Education, focusing on Leadership Studies. She has worked in post-secondary education for over twenty years – as an instructor and Department Chair for the Practical Nursing and Health Care Assistant Programs, Acting Associate Dean, and most recently as Dean, where she was responsible for the operational and strategic leadership of the School.  Carly was also the Coordinator, Centre for Health and Wellness where she spent several years developing the vision and design for this new health education building that opened in 2019.  Prior to her experience in post-secondary education, Carly worked as a nurse in long term care, acute care, and for a non-profit organization.
